Born in San Francisco, California and transitioning to the PNW by way of military service, Julien brings heart and depth to his incredible music, dancing, and creative endeavors from a profoundly spiritual, healing place. Julien, otherwise known as FROffST, has been an enthusiast for Cannabis since 2013 and is a believer in the miracles cannabis can work on the human body, allieviating his chronic body pain from 2nd general military service of both his service and his father's in Vietnam. Cannabis has provided a vehicle for Julien to express his love and passion for dance, an incredible opportunity that would not otherwise have been accessible.
